Neighborhood groups push for 100 percent affordable housing at Excelsior site

A development planned for 65 Ocean Ave. is facing opposition from the Excelsior community because the units will be rented for unaffordable prices that do not reflect the median household income in the Excelsior. Community groups are calling for the development to become 100 percent affordable housing instead.
