730 Stanyan is a new affordable housing development with 160 rental units to house low to moderate-income families and transitional age youth.

• AMI range: 25% - 80% AMI

• Rent ranges: $786 - $2998 per month

BiSHoP is holding Application Readiness Workshops on:
May 19: 1-2pm and May 28, 6-7pm.
SFPL Main Library (100 Larkin St.), Latino/Hispanic Community Room B

Total of $500 in gift cards to be raffled off ($25 each)!

730 Stanyan Application Assistance Clinics will be scheduled based on the anticipated application period of June 2025.
