On Monday, August 11, we’re hosting application workshops for two deeply affordable senior housing opportunities at Mercy Terrace and Maria Manor.

Housing Opportunities

1. Mercy Terrace

Address: 333 Baker St, San Francisco, CA 94117 (USF/Lone Mountain)
Available units:

  • Current openings: 6 Studios, 18 One-bedroom apartments (1BR)
    Income Range: $0 - $7,254 per month (For 1-3 People)
    Rent Range: 30% of Income

2. Maria Manor (SRO only)

Address: 401 Rhine St, San Francisco, CA 94112 (TL)
Available units:

  • 13 Single Room Occupancy units (SRO – one room, shared bathroom and/or kitchen)
    Income Range: $0 - $5,454 per month
    Estimated rent: 30% of income

Accepted Documents:

  • Telephone bill (land line only)

  • Cable and internet bill

  • Electric, gas, or water bill

  • Paystub listing your home address

  • Public benefits record

  • School record

  • Letter documenting homelessness from your service provider

They must show your name & current address, dated within 45 days of your application.

If you work at least 75% of your hours in San Francisco, please bring:

  • Paystub with employer address, or letter from employer
